The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has agreed to terminate the mutual consent contract for Harambee Stars coach Sébastien Migné.

FKF CEO Barry Otieno indicated in a press declaration that the dues of the coach should be resolved over a period of time.

“The federation would like to thank Coach Migne for his outstanding job and elevated professionalism during his tenure, culminating for the first moment in 15 years in the nation qualifying for the 2019 AFCON tournament.” The reorganization and appointment method for a fresh technical board is already ongoing and the Harambee Stars forward team will be announced in the near future.

“The reorganization and appointment process for a new technical bench is already underway and the team to steer the Harambee Stars forward will be announced soon. Migné had previously been National Under-20 Football Team Coach of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He was the first coach in the continental championships to qualify the squad.
