Kenya Power has discharged a power intrusion plan that will influence a few pieces of the nation one week from now.

The utility firm has recorded more than 20 provinces where power will be hindered on various dates beginning from August 4.

“Notice is therefore given that the power supply will be hindered to encourage upkeep and overhaul of the electrical cable to the system; to interface new clients or to supplant electrical cables,” peruses the notice.

Nairobi County

In Nairobi County, territories around Kasarani will encounter power outage from 9 am to 5 pm.

The Nairobi West district, which incorporates some portion of Ngong street, Nairobi medical clinic, South C, Kitengela, Isinya, Kajiado, portions of Langata Road, Marakwet Road, and part of Tuala will be without power from 9 am to 5 pm either on August 6 or 8.

Most domains in Embakasi, Syokimau won’t have control on Sunday, August 4 while Njiru and Chokaa territories will be influenced on Thursday, August 8.

Portions of Machakos and Makueni regions won’t have control on Thursday, August 8.

Nakuru County

Territories around Nakuru CBD and parts of Naivasha town will experience control intrusion on Sunday, August 4. Some portion of South Lake, the entire of Milimani will abandon control from 8.30 am to 5 pm on Thursday, August 8.

Kongoni, Rainforest, Ndabibi, Spin Knit, Kapi, and lower mechanical regions occupants will be influenced on Tuesday, August 6 from 830am to 5 pm.

Break Valley district

Portions of Bomet County will be influenced on Monday, 5 and Wednesday, 6 from 8 am to 5 pm while a couple of regions in Kericho County won’t have influence on Monday likewise simultaneously.

In the Coast district, inhabitants of Kwale, Taita Taveta, Kilifi and Mombasa areas won’t have control on Tuesday 6, Thursday 8 and Friday 9.
