With technology advancing each day, we are expecting to have self drive taxis in 2020 but we did not expect to have flying ones.

A transportation company Alaka’i Technologies is betting to fill this position by introducing hydrogen powered electric flying vehicles which will someday used as taxis and other means of transportation in future.

The company has unveiled one with six rotors on the roof and seats which hosts 5 people comfortably resembling a huge drone.

Borrowing ideas from the drone the vehicle takes off and lands in a similar manner.

Something to note is that instead of using batteries the technology has used light hydrogen fuel cells and can run to range of 644 kilometres with a maximum of 5 people.
