Our client in the real estate industry is looking to hire a Digital marketing executive to manage their website and manage their digital campaigns.


  • Develop and manage digital campaigns;
  • Content creation – writing blog posts, articles, newsletters an material for social media channels;
  • Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook and other strategically relevant online properties;
  • Manage and maintain the organization’s website;
  • Produce new content for our products, constantly innovating to push new ideas and formats and measuring how well those ideas perform;
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports;
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improvising conversions;
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website;
  • Edit and post videos and content to online sites;
  • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) and management;
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments; and
  • Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.


  • A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, communications or related field;
  • Should have at least 3-5 years’ experience in PR/Communications;
  • Sufficient knowledge of best practices in digital marketing;
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Must be self- motivated and be ready to work with minimum supervision;
  • Graphic design qualification needed;
  • Experience in a real estate industry is an added advantage
